Financial stress is one of the leading causes of academic struggle. Students worried about tuition or rent often work excessive hours, leaving less time for study and increasing the risk of burnout.
While designed with York University students in mind, especially those looking for Work/Study positions, anyone interested in career alignment based on personality traits is welcome to use the tool.
Our algorithm uses cosine similarity to match your quiz results with specific job requirements. It is intended as a guide to help you explore jobs that align with your natural strengths.
