By completing a short skills assessment, students receive a personalized match of 10 job postings that align with their strengths and skill set. We use cosine matching to compare the quiz results against Work/Study postings in our database, helping students find roles where they are most likely to thrive. All without storing or processing any personal data.

Band Levels indicate the salary of the job, the higher the band level, the higher the salary. For example, a Band 1 position could have a salary range of $17.60 - $18.00, Band 2 could have a salary range of $17.75 - $19.50, and Band 3 could have a salary range of $19.00 - $24.50.
